2.5 If you purchase our goods or services online
To purchase our chargeable goods or services, you or your organization must conclude a contract with us. 2.6 When you become our offline customer
Becoming our customer requires that you or your organization sign a contract with us. For this we need data such as name, first name, title, address, if applicable organization, telephone number, email address, delivery address, billing address and payment method. On the one hand, this allows us to check and, if necessary, enter into a customer relationship with you or your organization. On the other hand, it allows us to subsequently provide the services or goods deliveries requested by you or your organization for the purpose of processing the contract. In addition, we will create a file on you or your organization that will include your contact information, work performed, transactions, communications, documents created or received, time spent, and billing and accounting information. We will retain all of this information as required by law. 2.9 When you apply for a job with us
If you apply for a job with us, then you consent to us processing your email address, surname, first name, title, address, all data in your CV, your references and certificates, and all other data and letters that you send us for your application, in order to check your application, to communicate with you in this regard and, if necessary, to contact your references. You can revoke your consent at any time. If your application is not successful, we will delete your documents after one year at the latest. 2.10 If you follow our presence on social media
If you decide to follow our presence on social media and, if applicable, to communicate with us through it, then you consent to us processing your username for the management and analysis of our followers (including for advertising purposes) as well as the content of any interaction with us or our content. You can leave our presence at any time with effect for the future.

2.11 If you open a customer account with us as a merchant
For the use of some of our services you can open an account as a merchant. For this we need personal data from you; otherwise we cannot open the account for you and provide you with our services.
The creation and subsequent use of an account is voluntary. We require your surname, first name, title, organization and telephone number, if any, as well as your email address. We subsequently process when you were logged in and for how long, your account settings and preferences, your interaction with the website, use of the services as well as for the creation and management of your customer account, including contacting you in this regard.
If you have an account, you are free to enter additional information about yourself in your profile, such as your picture, which you can also delete.
This account data will be processed by us until you delete your account and then archived for as long as we are legally or contractually obligated to do so. Components of the account data that we are not obliged to archive will be anonymized or deleted for statistical analysis purposes.

2.12. If the processing of your data is required by law
If you choose the leasing option, we are required by consumer protection laws to record your personal data in accordance with the leasing application form for the purpose of preventing overindebtedness and to share this data with the leasing provider so that the leasing partner can, on the one hand, comply with its legal obligations and, on the other hand, check and, if necessary, accept your leasing application. We will retain this data as required by law and then archive or delete it.
2.13 When you make a test drive with us
If you decide to book a test drive with us, then you agree that we make a copy of your driver’s license and process this data as well as your email address, address and telephone number for the arrangement and execution of the test drive and related communication. Subsequently, we will archive the data in accordance with the legal requirements. 4. Do we disclose your personal data abroad?
We work with various partners in Germany and abroad (see above). In principle, these are located in countries with an appropriate level of data protection. If disclosure to individual countries requires additional protection, we ensure this by agreeing standard data protection clauses approved by the authorities with such partners or by relying on the self-certification of such partners under the relevant agreements.
5. What are your rights towards us?
You have the right:
request from us information about, correction or deletion of your personal data;
request us to restrict the processing of your personal data, in particular to object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes; and
to request us to provide you or a natural or legal person appointed by you with a digital file of your personal data (data portability).
